A House of Our Own

The Plot:

Good news! Your rich great-uncle has died and left his unfathomable fortune to Charlie. Bad news. You are not Charlie.

Charlie is his cat.

Instead, you have been left the opportunity to be Charlie's live-in caretaker in exchange for a generous allowance. Given the current state of the economy, you accept. You and your fiance Joanne move into his house with plans to enjoy the next years of financial stability (with most of those plans involving a lot of uninterrupted sex).

If this opportunity sounds too good to be true, that’s because it is. Your great-uncle was a strange man with an even stranger past, and you’re now left to pick up the pieces of his deranged legacy.

The Pitch:

A House of Our Own is a low-stakes sandbox focused on charming character interactions, slice-of-life comedy, and lots of sex. The demo includes ~350 renders, and  14 animation across the introduction and four events (two of which are sex scenes), and an open world system used to navigate the house.

 The demo should take ~20 minutes to play through and ends after the first night spent in the house.

The Characters:

Dave, the MC (renamable, self-insertable)

A good-natured goofball. He loves making bad jokes almost as much as he love his fiance. His three moods are happy, hungry, and horny. Typically takes a dominant sexual role, but equally happy to be on the receiving end any determined lady.

Joanne, your fiance (best girl)

Your high-school sweetheart. She writes serialized smut for a living, and is always looking for "inspiration" for the next scene. Her confident, often smug, personality belies her sexually submissive side. She can be competitive though, so you'll need to work for it. She's happy to share you with other women (and has in the past) as long as she's included, but you get the feeling she's a bit more into watching than she lets on.

Charlie, the cat (not a catboy)

Smarter than he looks, which isn't saying much considering he's an orange cat. He likes to make a nuisance of himself, especially when he's terrorizing Trish, but he gets away with it 'cause he's so damn cute. Yes, you can pet him.

Trish, the maid (don't fuck her)

Who is she, and why shouldn't you fuck her? You'll have to play the game to find out.

Future Releases:

A v0.1 is planned for some time 2026 with a goal of creating all of the daily interactions (and sex scene) with Joanne, and some with Trish. The update after that would be adding more events involving Trish, followed by updates that introduce (up to) two more women to the house.

A: Yes, a small amount. At time of writing there is a single AI generated image used for a visual gag (not in the demo), and my logo is a moderately edited AI generated image. Some portions of code were made with AI assistance. The project will remain overwhelmingly human-made.
